Brown champignons mushroom mycelium on sterilized grains.
The brown champignons mushroom (Agaricus bisporus) is the most common group of mushrooms in the world. In natural conditions, it can be found in Central Europe, growing in clay soils, forest edges, meadows and gardens.
The cap, 5-10 cm in diameter, is white in color, sometimes covered with delicate scales. The stem and the cap are connected by a white membrane that ruptures when the mushroom matures.
You can grow mushrooms in rooms (house, basement, garage…) all year round. We grow in an open area (garden, plot…) from May to the end of August.
The mycelium is in a special bag with a microfilter that protects it from infection and at the same time allows it to breathe.
Store mushrooms in the refrigerator until intended use.
