Pink oyster mushrooms naturally grow in tropical and subtropical regions. Their distinctive pink caps are typically 5–15 cm across, with very short stems. They have a delicate texture and a mildly sweet, meaty taste, making them suitable for vegetarian dishes and wok cooking.

Growing information

• Growing temperature: 18–30 °C.
• Mushrooms may appear within a few days and be ready to harvest in approximately 10 days.
• For best results, start growing within the first few days after receiving the kit.
• The first flush is usually the largest, typically yielding 300–500 g.
• The kit can usually produce 2–3 flushes.

After harvesting, the mushrooms can be kept in a refrigerator for a few days, but taste best when freshly picked.
