Pink Oyster mushroom (Pleurotus djamor) mycelium on grain, supplied in a 5 litre bag for propagating mycelium on a growing substrate.

Growing information

• Substrate: hardwood sawdust, straw or coffee grounds.
• Temperature: 24–30 °C during colonization and 18–25 °C during fruiting.
• Humidity: 85–90% during fruiting.
• Provide good fresh air circulation.
• Allow 2–4 weeks for colonization after inoculating the substrate.
• Harvest when the caps have fully formed, before their edges start to curl.
