Growing manual

The kit comprises substrate with Nameko mycelium. Growing: gently remove the
lm or cut its top part, and put the whole substrate in a container, and cover it
with a transparent lid. The temperature during the growing should be kept at
18ºC – 24ºC. The access to fresh air, high humidity, and access to light for 8-10
hours a day are required during the mushroom forming and growth. To achieve
that, it suces to remove the transparent lid and leave the container open for
20-30 minutes a few times a day. In order to provide the required humidity, spray
water on the inside walls of the container using e.g. a ower sprayer. Harvest the
mushrooms every day, cutting out the ripest ones. After the harvest which takes
about 2 weeks, rst remove all dead residues from the substrate, put it into a
plastic container and leave for a “rest phase” lasting 14-30 days. Place the lid on
the container to protect the substrate from drying. To activate the mycelium to
give the next crop, immerse it for 24 hours in cold water or put in a fridge, and
then put it again in the container and cover with a transparent lid. Repeat such
production cycle 2-3 times, observing the rules given above.
Have a good yield!
